Terms
Keep the space focused. Respect every person in it.
These private-testing terms describe the current rules for Swayelle. They are not the final public-release terms and will be reviewed before launch.
Who operates Swayelle
Swayelle is operated by Codewave Labs PTY LTD. By creating or using a test account, you agree to follow these terms and the current Privacy and Safety notices.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 in Australia and at least 18 in India or Sri Lanka. You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to control.
Dance videos only
Swayelle is deliberately narrow. Upload dance videos that you created or have permission to share. Photos, news, unrelated posts, deceptive uploads, unlawful material, and content that exploits or endangers another person are not allowed.
Every upload is reviewed before publication. We may approve, reject, restrict, remove, or preserve content when reasonably needed for safety, law, rights protection, or service integrity.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of your content. You give Codewave Labs PTY LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote within, and improve Swayelle.
You confirm that your uploads do not violate copyright, privacy, publicity, music, performer, or other rights. If another person appears in a dance, you are responsible for having their permission.
Member conduct
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, manipulate engagement, bypass moderation, scrape the service, probe security, upload malware, or use Swayelle to facilitate exploitation or illegal conduct.
Reports should be made honestly. Misusing reports or repeatedly attempting to evade restrictions may lead to account action.
Account and content controls
You can remove your dances and request account deletion. Some records may remain for a limited time in backups, security logs, or where retention is reasonably necessary for legal claims, safety investigations, or compliance.
We may suspend or end access, or limit features, when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain the private test.
Testing status
Swayelle is under active development. Features may change, reset, become unavailable, or contain defects. Do not rely on the test service as a permanent archive. V1 has no subscriptions, payments, private messaging, or guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Final terms before launch
Public-release terms will include final contact details, governing-law provisions, consumer guarantees, complaint routes, and any country-specific terms. Independent legal review is required before those terms replace this testing notice.
